If you’re a Shake Shack Team Member who is also enrolled in a Shake Shack medical plan, you can earn a $200 reward if you get a preventive care exam or use the Color at-home cancer screening solution between October 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027!

How to Earn Your Wellness Reward

Step 1
Get a preventive care exam with a Primary Care Physician (PCP) or OB/GYN or use the Color at home screening solution between October 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027.

Step 2
Your preventive care exam or Color screening will be validated through UnitedHealthcare (UHC), so you don’t need to report the activity to Shake Shack (allow 90 days for completion of your preventive care exam to be reported to UHC).

Step 3
Once completion of your preventive care exam or Color screening is validated, you’ll receive a $200 reward via your @shakeshack email (or your personal email if you don’t have a Shake Shack email address) that is redeemable on the SoHookd marketplace.
