New to Shake Shack
New Full-Time Team Members are eligible for coverage on the 90th day of employment.
Your Workday benefit enrollment event is available on 45th day of employment. Submit no later than your 89th day for coverage effective on your 90th day.
When you become eligible for coverage, you must log into Workday to make your benefit elections.
If you do not enroll , your coverage will automatically default to waived, and you will have to wait until the next Annual Benefits Enrollment period to enroll, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Ready to enroll? Follow the enrollment process through Workday. Remember as a new hire, you have 89 days from date of hire to enroll in your Shake Shack benefits.
